We use German-engineered safety systems; the lounge is suspended by high-tensile steel with triple-redundant security and professional-grade harnesses.
Safety is our priority. Flights may be delayed or rescheduled during high winds or heavy rain, monitored by our on-site meteorology team.
The lounge remains at 110ft once launched. We advise using restrooms at "Ground Zero" before boarding, though emergency descent takes 3 minutes.
Guests must be at least 4 feet tall. We do not recommend this for those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or late-stage pregnancy.
We operate on a strict flight schedule. Launch happens exactly on time, and late arrivals may forfeit their slot without a refund.
